Configuration and troubleshooting of a $77M Cisco Brocade and Avaya data & voice TCP/IP LAN/WAN network infrastructure directly supporting 4,000 local users while utilizing VPN VMware VoIP IPSec BGP OSPF H.323 ACL and SIP technologies. Network of responsibility supported 6 AMW USCENTCOM USSOCOM USSTRATCOM and USTRANSCOM among 32 other mission partners. Subject matter expert responsible for staying abreast of leading edge technology managing projects and training 32 other technicians to ensure the network is maintained to exceed industry best practices and DoD security policies within a $3.7M annual spending budget. Led maintenance and deployment readiness of six tactical network infrastructure systems worth $7M consisting of Promina multiplexor KIV-7 KIV-19 & KG-175 Taclane encryptors Cisco router & switches VTC and serial/Ethernet/fiber converters. Deployed within 72 hours to supply critical C2 support for DoD and NATO organizations as well as providing information technology services to humanitarian and combat operations throughout Europe Africa and the Middle East. Provided and maintained secure communication connectivity for the Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) and 60 other joint intelligence organizations.
