Accomplishments: * Lead the Helpdesk and Sr. Support Analysts teams. Success is built on teamwork utilizing training and cross training, finding and resolving the root cause, documenting and preventing in the future. Being proactive. * Project planned, designed and deployed Active Directory migrations to our new server in our Datacenter and to our new Restaurants nationwide. * Active Directory creating, managing and supporting users, deployments, maintenance, monitoring, and Group Policy creation in a 50 Data Center servers, 100,000 employees, 2000 restaurants (each restaurant also had their own servers). * VMWare Sphere design and integration to 25 servers in our Datacenter for polling, Business Intelligence Database, files system and clustering for redundancy. * Azure design and integration for 5 servers to handle our out of office employees, and restaurant Managers to establish a secure VPN connection in remote areas and clustering for redundancy. * Designed and installed Hyper-V for our HP ProLiant Servers at the restaurants. * Supported Windows 2012 R2, 2008 and Red Hat Linux Servers at Darden. Monitor, Software, Hardware Inventories and Application and Image Deployments using SCCM and LANDesk. * Level 3 of Support to the Helpdesk, assisting successful deployments to 2000 locations, 5000 Managers and 47,000 devices using no outsourcing. * Administrator of Documentation for SharePoint and Knowledge base articles. Re-designed the SharePoint Documentation and Metadata search was able to make the Knowledge base articles easier to search. * Using SCCM, Inventory, Software Deployment and Troubleshooting to 2000 locations and 47,000 devices, such as M Workstations and HP and Dell Servers 47,000 devices. * Web Marketing using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, used for Web Analytics acquiring Demographics, IP locations, Geographic, average click per links and how long the guest was on a web page. This allowed Darden to get the Analytical data needed to produce the Year End Fiscal reports. * Deployment and Troubleshooting of commercial off the shelf products / COTS to 47,000 devices Office, Adobe Flash, Acrobat, SCCM SMS clients, HP, DELL and IBM Workstations and HP and Dell Servers. * PMP Certified, Scrum, Waterfall, KPI, CSF methodologies and follow the ITIL procedures.
