Summary: * Experience in Quality Assurance of Tape Libraries using Host, Operator Panel, and Web Applications with Manual & Automated testing . * Product/Test Team Lead * Experienced in using automated HOST testing tools using PERL. * Proficient in Backend Testing and Data Integrity Testing using Rational Queries. * Extensive exposure to Rational and IBM's CMVC databases. * Familiar with understanding stored procedures and functions. * Complete understanding and working experience of Functionality, Regression, Black box, Load Balance, Smoke and Performance Testing. * Well understanding of Full Development Life Cycle, Test methodologies and Complete Quality Assurance Cycle. * Working Experience with building automated test beds. * Involved in writing and executing test cases, test scripts and test scenarios. * Setting up test cells by configuring fiber channel switches. * Experience in testing IPv6 for library certification. * Experience in managing defect status and Test Reports. * Scalable knowledge in testing of Government, Financial & Cable domains on different operating systems. * Proven ability of performing 'interpersonal communications' in various social, cultural and business environments. * Hands on experience in written and verbal communications in organizational perspective. * Recording communication systematically for future reference. * Capable to work in versatile business discipline. * Flexible and willing to adjust to operational pressures, often at short-notice. * Extremely efficient time management, organization, and prioritization skills. * Capable to schedule work, supervise and implement through team members.
