Summary * Gather and compile data for analysis by way of visual floor audits and end line destructive audits in all areas * Drive continuous quality and process improvement, through the development of best practice, statistical process control and root cause analysis * Provide support to production employees in monitoring ongoing quality produced, teaching audit procedures, and providing feedback concerning audit results * When directed, audit SOP's for constancy and relevance, incorporating best practices * Identify, isolate, re-sample and hold or release suspected defective product * Communicate quality and food safety related concerns to operators, supervisors and managers, quickly and effectively. * Maintain/update DMR and Downtime Quality Defect logs to track Defective materials, as warranted. * Champion food safety through involvement in the HACCP program
