Qualifications: I have 25 years of experience in the metal manufacturing industries. I have a very good work ethic while being a hand's on manager or supervisor. I have been involved in all phases from quoting to shipping. I have overseen and or managed multiple department supervisors. I have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication. I have some knowledge of both manual and CNC machining centers and lathes. I'm able to see the big picture and love the fast pace of multitasking and the decisions to make as plans change due to personnel, the order dates or the quality of manufactured parts. Being involved with or setting the production schedule and processes while maintaining quality work to meet or excide company guidelines and expectations. I have led production employees to continuous improvements with safety always leading to the best results. While working well with all employees and other management personal in maintaining a strong quality work force with a safe and clean and organized facility to achieve company goals and standards.
