Qualifications Summary * 25 + years of carpentry and construction experience as self- employed and employed by other construction companies. * Generate successful blueprints, estimates, proposals, contracts, warranties, scope of work, schedules, business policy and various construction documents. * Successfully negotiate and close construction project sales. * Successfully market construction projects and related products. * Utilize pre construction services such as feasibility, environmental impact and neighbor concern studies. * Research competent subcontractors and other affiliates, market trends, competitor performance and consumer trends. * Collaborate closely and openly with employment partners in helpful and proactive manners in the interest of all around success. * Knowledgeable and compliant with OSHA construction regulations. * No Lost Time Accidents during my career. * Hold a current OSHA 30 Card. * Supervised carpenters and apprentices. * Held Unlimited Thickness, All Position welding certifications in electrodes E7018, Dual Shield and Inner Shield wire and some Specialty Certifications. * Specialty skills include, but are not limited to: rough and finish carpentry, concrete finishing. Welding, tile setting, roofing, minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, painting and more. * Good communication skills.
