Experienced and accomplished on/offshore pipeline coating application supervisor with over nineteen years' experience looking to leverage extensive background in polyurethane processes in a Petro-Chemical / Production and Insulation position with room for growth. Paint Supervisor, all activities related to the area of painting, control paint and material inventory, Quality and control documentation, employee schedules, control man hours per projects, employees time sheet, coordination of schedule by projects, control of environment log, daily communication and meeting with managements. 2014 - 2016 Production Supervisor Other responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Research and Development (R& D) Sr.Tech Offshore and onshore coating developing systems Overseas materials and logistics QA/QC for chemical processes (Hyper last, Poly - Urethane, Urethane, Poly-propylene) Experienced in P\pneumatic and electrical machinery application Application of anti-corrosion, Fusion Bond/heat shrink sleeve, insulation and infill coatings for both onshore, offshore and spool base pipeline field joint coatings. All types and sizes of heat shrink sleeves can be supplied and choice should be based on the type of parent coating, the operating temperature of the pipeline and service conditions. Specialized coatings for the custom coating of SCRs, Collars, PLETS, Bends, Tie-ins and other pipeline requirements. Proficient on abrasive blast, Induction heating and FBE application. SPU is available in various temperature ranges up to 125°C (dry heat). SPU may be supplied using FBE, HSS or PU primer as the anti-corrosion coating. Special application techniques are used to assure good adhesion of the SPU to the GSPU parent coating.
