CAREER SUMMARY: I recently relocated to the Atlanta area to be nearer to family and to make a fresh start in an exciting environment. I have worked as an executive professional for more than 25 years. I was an integral part of assisting the CEO in a then-privately held company (where we grew a portfolio of 10 properties to an impressive 152) in going public on the NYSE within 5 years of my date of hire. I assisted in streamlining the portfolio and creating a property concentration based primarily in the Northeast corridor of the US. I added value to the company by liaising with investors, investment bankers, and real estate attorneys. I helped to brand our label through my advertising and marketing efforts, eventually trademarking our "bread and butter centers" campaign. I also added value by negotiating, together with the CEO, on refinancings, mortgages and the like all while remaining the Executive Assistant to the CEO, with all that position entails. It is my hope to achieve a similar and mutually-beneficial experience with an established firm here in the Atlanta area.
