QUALIFICATIONS Management/Administrative * Project Management - Supervise employees, prioritize, schedule and assure completion of goals in a timely manner. * Office and Retail Management - Appropriately hire, train, and monitor employees. * Organization- Create, analyze, maintain, and submit various reports, requisitions and other office documents as well as manage filing systems and prepare priority deliveries. Interpersonal * Customer Service/Communications- Provide assistance to clients via telephone and direct contact. Utilize artistic abilities to create inner office documents to be used for informing employees of new policies and procedures. Act as liaison between employees, management and clients to maintain good working relations.
