Qualifications Summary: * 15+ years multi-family property management experience (300-units or more) Experienced with MS Office including Word and Excel * 10 + years of experience working with YARDI * Strong leadership and management skills * Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of property management and fair housing guide lines. * Skilled at communicating effectively, assigning, and supervising the work of others. * Experience the preparation of monthly financial accounting, reporting, and explanation of variances from the operation budget
