Description
Over twenty years of experience in scheduling and cost support. This includes field assignments as well as support from the main office. Responsibilities have included quantity takeoffs for material purchases. Keeping track of installed quantities. Analyzing weekly labor and monthly cost reports. Writing budget variances. Maintaining and collecting back-charges from the client, subcontractors or vendor. Verifying control coding for timesheets and Material Received Requisitions. Estimating change orders and seeing them through the approval process. Maintaining the Quantity/revenue worksheet. Negotiating with the Client on installed quantity differences. Tracking project progress against the baseline schedule. Updating and modifying project schedules and running schedule reports for the project management and daily foreman activity reports. Creating schedules with estimators for bid proposes. Interacting with Clients to keep them apprized of the schedule status and answer any concerns they may have.
