& Achievements: Cloud Computing Architect designing modular container storage solutions via IBM BlueMix, Softlayer, or AWS availability options. * Author Technical Solution Designs (TSD) & Support Spectrum Protect Worldwide deployments as AIX, Linux & Windows Standalone Servers HACMP Cluster or Virtual Machine. * Align strategic goals and key business decisions regarding Backup as a Service its capabilities and key business and IT initiatives. * Lead Proof of Concept projects based on customer design requests Project include but not limited to SAP HANA & Sybase. Oversee & Mentor the implementation & administration of said designs. * Using Dedupe & Replication techniques establish DRaaS designs based on customer requirements. Escalation Incident / Problem Lead: Maintain 98% or higher SLA ratio. Oversee Peer-Peer ITIL compliance reducing the number of failed changes. * Perform Root Cause determination, Audit & Implement company policies, technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports and access. * Utilized a pipe and filter model to find bottlenecks and enable measurement of system resource usage and process behavior at boundary limits of all operations. IT Business Analyst: Identify Six Sigma projects via system performance matrix summaries address and correct any or all issues. * Auditing application backup policies and environments to ensure integrity of backup and recovery activities, business data and system access. Analyze & Report activities using business tools such as Bocada, Maximo, Remedy and home grown scripts. Implement new business core standard operating procedures (SOP) to support First-line responders and system build teams. * Review, modify & Assist with DevOps cookbooks, templates, profiles (Chef / Puppet/ Spectrum Protect Automated Deployment) for imperative automation of system builds, patching & upgrades to include Spectrum Protect code.
