Accomplishments * Created the Law Office of Joe Pezzuto's and Kirkland Law Group's Corporate and Regulatory Compliance Guides, Risk Assessments & Strategic Forecasting Documents, Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Policy & Ethics Manuals while heading all legal, regulatory and non - regulatory compliance matters across five (5) national branch offices. * Rose all firm Better Business Bureau rating grades from D's and C's to A+'s & A's. * Managed the firm's accounting operations through the development of effective and efficient policies, processes and procedures and maintain a financial accounting reporting system that is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Extensive RFP, RFI, RFQ, RFT experience. * Responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide policies, procedures and controls to ensure not only full compliance with company controls but all local, state and federal laws & regulations are strictly adhered to through monitoring, training, risk assessments, audit, etc. * Spearheaded commercial/government contracts, subcontracts and negotiations for AmSafe's nine U.S. and U.K. offices while leading division personnel in boosting revenues from $5M to $20M in 14 months. * Closely partnered with AmSafe's CFO and SVP of Operations in devising contracting, audit, insurance, strategic budgeting plans which garnered over $150K annually. * Authored AMEC's Contracting & Subcontracting Plan with VP of Legal which was rapidly adopted as official policy across all 90 Earth & Environmental offices in United States and Canada. * Resourcefully designed comprehensive and cross-referenced internal databases for all contracts, amendments, forms, RFP/RFQ submissions, etc., involving numerous government agencies (i.e. DoD, MoD, GSA, DLA, etc.) to elevate departmental & company-wide efficiency, organization & compliance. * Increased print-subscription and site license revenues by 125% in 24 months for Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and for the American Medical Association's (AMA) the thirteen other international Medical Journals. * Developed and implemented company-wide contracting policies & procedures throughout the AMA to decrease liabilities & risk while streamlining corporate and health law compliance policies. * Dedicated career professional with strict adherence to the highest ethical, moral, personal and professional values and integrity in all decisions, communications, actions, regulatory/non-regulatory adherence and professional dealings.
