SUMMARY Experience in the oil and gas industry for surface and subsea equipment applications, Nuclear Power Generating Plant construction and maintenance, Chemical Plant maintenance, and Refinery construction and maintenance. Experience in management, supervision, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, planning, maintenance, construction, research and development, and facility support services in domestic and international projects for surface and subsea equipment. Background includes involvement in product design, development of company standards, specifications, QA/QC requirements and procedures, product maintenance program design and development. Interaction with manufacturing facilities to support various projects including commencing and facilitating the initial kickoff meeting between the customer, supplier and sub vendors. Coordinate manufacturing facilities maintained through monitoring fabrication and production activities. Cooperation with manufacturing facilities continues through project scheduling, introducing and initiating an ITP or Quality Plan as required by the specific project. Collaborate with vendors to maintain and support production scheduling, problem solve with vendors on issues which arise during manufacturing, assembling and / or testing. Support and maintain the Project Quality requirements during the manufacturing, assembling and testing, while continually supporting the production schedule to ensure on time deliveries. Report any non-conformances that may arise during all phases of work, while assisting in compilation of data books, C of C and ATS releases.
