In both residential and commercial construction, I have over 36 years of experience. There is not much that I have not done or experienced in most aspects of construction. From tradesman to estimator then to project / senior level management and business development I have always continued to grow in experience and wisdom in this ever changing industry. My experience makes me well versed in all phases of construction and all levels of management. In recent years my career has included extensive interstate travel. Though I do enjoy traveling, I prefer to find a new path that requires less travel, though travel is not out of the question. More rounded than most, I can be bring extra "added value" to any company. The objective is finding the right opportunity that will be mutually beneficial. Salary requirements are open.
