Summary At present, I am in house counsel for the Semler Companies (aka Malibu Wines), and have a strong desire to get back into litigation. I have an extensive and strong litigation background, having first chaired several trials. I obtained my JD in 1986 from Whittier College School of Law and worked as a Law Clerk and then Associate before becoming a partner at Bivona and Cohen in Century City.
