SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Worked with Automotive & Industrial Equipment OEMs such as GM, FCA, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Caterpillar, John Deere and Tier 1 customer, such as TRW, Bosal, Magna, FNG and Senior Flexonics. More than 5 years of experience on program scheduling of each stages (program start, develop, launch) and documenting. * * Worked with cross-functional and international teams for completing customer demands and APQP/PPAP documents. * * Understands TS 16949 and ISO14001 requirements. * * Familiar with Phased PPAP and AIAG PPAP documents such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SCCAF, PSW, 8 Discipline, 5 Whys and other problem solving methods. * Corresponded customer quality issues and concerns, lead the team to create 8D reports, 5 whys, Failure analysis and other necessary documents calculated process capacities collected data from vendors, customers and 3rd party to help identifying root causes and corrective actions. * * Facilitated PPAP activities and travelled manufacturing/vendor facilities for verifying their process. Held meeting with domestic and global suppliers regularly and lead the team to meet customer requirements. Verified run at rate at internal and external manufacturing sources. * * Attended OEM warranty reviews and worked with engineering and Quality team to investigate supplier quality issues concerning products and/or processes. * * Possess computer skills: Windows, Linux, iOS systems, MS Office, Microsoft Project, Minitab, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lotus Notes and aided design tools such as AutoCAD and Catia and simulation code of Marc. * * Has strong knowledge on CMM results, test setup and analysis. * * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team of people with different language and cultural backgrounds. * * Strong familiarity and experience with destructive and non-destructive material testing and ability of composite / multi-layer material designing. * * Speaks English, Japanese, Chinese, and Uyghur languages.
