Twenty-four years of experience as a superintendent and project manager supervising construction including accurate takeoffs estimating budgeting contracting purchasing and invoicing as well as change orders RFI ASI Pull Permits for right-away as well as applications for demolitions and per initial meetings with city . Experience in full on-site construction management and land development effectively schedule monitor and inspect all work from start to customer occupancy. Create and manage 3-week look-ahead schedule and update weekly. Effectively communicate construction plan to the project team. Spend adequate time in the field and monitor every room of entire site each day. Create and implement a plan to accelerate the first six months of construction. Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers clarifying discrepancies. Partner with project owners during the construction phase to budget manage and forecast all labor equipment materials small tools consumables and general conditions. Work effectively with District Energy all other energy contractors architects engineers developers bankers contractors inspectors city officials decorators and agents. Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills. Ensure jobsite is kept clean well maintained and organized at all times. Promote jobsite safety for all persons at all times.
