Currently have direct supervision over multiple field crews in 15 states that includes but is not limited to hiring, training, evaluating and overall management of daily service and rollout work. Designed and facilitated employee growth and merit programs for both AARK Electrical Contracting Services and Bannon Electric. Oversaw creation and implementation of new service software for Marbin Electric. Over eighteen years of contract sales, service and customer relations with companies such as Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, CVS, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Boston Market and Sears working directly with district, regional and corporate supervisors.
