LAND ANALYST - 2006 - 2014 Responsible for maintenance of leases, contracts, and maintenance of PA expansions and Plans of Development. Also responsible for lease jeopardy monitoring and cessation notices, and lease recordation for several different business areas. Experience mainly in Texas and New Mexico. Supported Asset Teams with lease and contract research researched Joint Venture Agreements for numerous Partner Projects, managed partner balloting and tracking. Reviewed, researched and verified outside operator Division Orders, prepared internal company approvals and set-ups for accounting.
