I I would reach out to various contacts for job requests. I would intercept all incoming calls for pending jobs, I would set up initial meeting with the insured at the work site, and out line the work that needed to be done. I would meet with the crew to outline tasks and procedures and follow it through to completion. I would be responsible for pictures, authorization, job write up and satisfaction form. would receive job requests from various franchises such as I I managed water, smoke, fire, and mold losses on a daily basis. I would start a drying workbook on water losses I would collect all initial paperwork ( auth, info, diagram ) I would take daily readings to monitor the drying progress. I would write the job listing demo, . cleaning, and equipment. When all surfaces were dry or clean I would collect the certificate of satisfaction. opened the doors daily and assigned routes to as many as forty technicians. I performed quality checks on recently completed installations of cable T.V high speed internet and phone service. I would respond to problems techs or subscribers would experience. I would repair damages caused by tech at the time of installation. When necessary I would draw up a print for cable replacement both aerial and underground. When field duties were completed I would return to the office and wait for the last tech to complete his route.
