SUMMARY: I have over 26 years experience in Food Production Management with the majority of my experience in the dairy industry. I have worked in USDA, CDFA, AIB and IMS regulated facilities. I have developed, implemented and enhanced HAACP, GMP, FIFO, Sanitation, Safety, Quality and SOP programs. I have processing, packaging, logistics, sanitation and quality management experience with Nestle, Kraft Foods, JM Smucker, Talenti Gelato, Dole Fresh Vegetables Grimmway Farms and San Benito Foods. I have several years' experience with fresh vegetables (Conventional and Organic).
