These changes resulted in significant reductions in P-Time or time from order placement to delivery. It became a competitive advantage in our industry. In some cases, P-Time improved from 40 days to 4. * Achieved Green Belt status, in Six Sigma, after having chartered and completed several projects with savings. * Reduced departmental incident rate from >6 to <1. The most important aspect of that reduction was the implementation of BBS. This is world class performance level and the whole division reached that level. * Member of several corporate sourcing teams at Shaw that saved the company tens of millions of dollars by using smart, aggressive sourcing approaches to reduce spend. My teams sourced: pallets, printing and freight carriers. * Successfully directed multiple rollouts each year to thousands of locations during market season. Developed collation processes which improved the customer experience and reduced overall freight costs for Shaw by tens of thousands per year.
