Qualifications * Serve as a research and staff pharmacist within a hospital and school setting * Experience in patient education, formulary management, and patient management for specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, nutrition, infectious disease, kinetics, renal care, asthma, endocrinology, AIDS/HIV, and diabetes. * Highly competent in dose calculations, percentage calculations, alcohol dilutions, calculating conversions, acid dilution, stock solutions, isotonic and electrolyte solutions, osmolarity, prenatal, constituted solutions and admixtures, oral solutions, and prenatal * Preparing Intravenous solutions. Ensure safe medication admixture. * Knowledge of sterile product preparation and automated compounding technology. * Specializing in Nephrology pharmacy providing patient counseling to increase the patients' knowledge of their treatment regimens and performing medication histories to obtain the correct drug usage by individual patients * Verifying and reviewing prescription orders. Dispensing medications.
