Description
Extended on the Sanford Hospital Campus in Sioux Falls, SD and consisted of a three story medical facility. This was a Design Build project. Other medical facilities I have worked on are the remodel of existing x-ray rooms for McKennan Hospital located in Sioux Falls, SD and Physicians and Surgeons Lounge at Sanford Hospital also located in Stay America consisted of developing prototype hotel facilities of various room counts configurations types of construction and exterior finishes. This also required maintaining prototypes that were previously developed. Prairie Tree Office Park Development located in Sioux Falls consisted of four office buildings in a planned development financed by a local realtor. consisted of the remodel of an existing high school facility into a public art and entertainment center. E-Mail: developed the first Magnetic Ground Fault Interrupter for Grid Protection. This utilized "Super" Electromagnetic Field Generators cooled to 5 degrees above absolute 0 or Kalvin. I used the schematic drawings created by ZeEnergy and produced the 3D image using Autodesk Inventor and the piece tickets for production using Autodesk AutoCAD. The production cost was just over 8 million dollars. The first prototype was sold to California for the protection of the West Coast Grid System from lightning strikes. Thomas L.
