In Refineries, Chemical Plants Turn-Arounds large construction sites, etc. I have a wide range of historical knowledge of many types of projects. I have a unique ability to understand the various cost elements of a project and more importantly how they interact and impact each other regarding project costs. I come with considerable experience in the heavy industrial markets as well as experience in commercial, roads and roadways, residential and building remodels and fit-outs.
