Played a key role in the successful transition of this business from Oracle to Deltek CostPoint in four months. Managed all Business Operations functions of commercial and government businesses in excess of $600M in annual revenue including daily oversight of 40 business operations employees providing guidance on FP&A, EVMS processes, proposal pricing strategies and contractual issues for Lockheed Martin. Managed the proposal, negotiation and award of a $2.0B software development IDIQ, monetized at over $1.6B and recently awarded a sole source 5-year follow-on of $800M. Served as the single point of contact to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Program Office for all programmatic issues, both technical and business related. Built a very strong relationship with the MDA program Director and his staff, which successfully removed many barriers between the technical and acquisition branches within MDA that ultimately led to contract growth of over 40% and increased profitability by $5M. Awarded three performance excellence awards over the past four years as well as a NOVA award (Lockheed Martin's highest honor) for exceptional teamwork and negotiation results associated with the IDIQ award. 1. 2016 - 2017: VP Program Finance and Pricing, Sallyport Global Inc. Successfully lead all program finance functions including proposal strategy and pricing long range planning development and monthly financial reporting to the CFO and Board of Directors for Sallyport Global, Inc.
