I have been a supervisor in many different backgrounds. From printing, eggs, motor cycles and furniture. My skill set to adjust to each job has made the transition easy and helped each company in various ways. I have helped cut cost and cut down on work related injuries with implementing various objectives. I pride myself on making a climate for motivation, emphasizing continuous development with employees and the company, while providing opportunities for future growth and advancement. Accomplishments I have championed multiple projects that have cut down cost, reduce overtime, and improve out put. I have earned my lean six sigma yellow belt at Harley Davidson. My project has cut down cost and time management. I have implemented standard operating procedures at various jobs. Worked with temp agencies to help come up with a standard test and screening before they could send employees. Cut down downtime for assembly lines by 1100hrs in less than a year, saving company 600,000. Got all employees over 120% efficiency in the area, allowing the company to produce more in less hours worked. Worked with safety to come up with employee sign off sheets before working.
