Summary of * Creation of 3D mechanical and structural designs. qualifications * Prepare complete conceptual/design layout and detailed drawings including bill of materials, maintaining design documentation, conducting design reviews, coordinating production orders. * Familiar with manufacturing procedures. * Skill in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro-E CREO 2 Windchill 10, Microstation, Unigraphics NX2, experience with Microsoft Office. * Capable of calculating Shear stress, Bearing stress, Burst stress, Collapse stress, Tensile stress and Thread strength. * Knowledge with pressure vessels, o-rings, seals, threaded connections pinion gears, shafts, racks, bearings, structural components, fasteners. * Structural steel design/drafting knowledge and welding. * Knowledge with the American Bureau of Shipping and Coast Guard Regulation library. * Familiar with piping and schematics. * Familiar with valves, flanges welded and threaded components.
