(Best Management Practice) compliance regulations. Summary of Accomplishments * Concrete: placed over 425,000 cu/yds. of P.C.C. and Structural concrete up to 12,000 p.s.i. including salt water applications for sea walls, cofferdams, moment frames, micro-piles, wet and dry piers, foundation footings, flood control vertical walls, and large structural support systems for dams and dikes. A concrete expert in placing, sampling, and testing methods and an experienced Static and Portable Concrete Batch plant inspector. * Asphalt Concrete: placed over 300,000 tons of types B, C, D, G, & H as a Quality Assurance Special Inspector of rock/asphalt batch plants and CalTrans certified to sample and perform Quality Control testing and document Quality Assurance compliance. Additional duties included ensuring engineered materials were within the required specifications. * Soils: Journeyman surveyor/grade checker. Expert in all facets of soils including rough and precise grading, trench excavation, compaction, and OSHA shoring regulations as well as, soil classifications, sampling, and testing methods. * Pipeline: Placement of approximately 1,500 miles of pipeline for the petroleum, water, natural gas, sewer, and storm water conveyance industries .
