A retired military Airborne Battle Manager, Mr. Conner has extensive command and control (C2) and moving target indicator requirements experience. Including his military experience, Mr. Conner has over twenty years of experience as an instructor, which include extensive experience as an academic instructor and a platform instructor, as well as scenario and courseware development. After working as a requirements analyst in the software development industry, He also has experience in JCIDS requirements, executive assistant and secretariat. Has a Secret clearance. Current Experience Oct 2014 to present - XLA - Executive Assistant/Program Support Specialist/Business Analyst Provide service to 10 company executives including calendar management, room scheduling, travel scheduling and expense reporting. Using agency software, executes agency approved surveys designed to determine customer satisfaction and capture customer feedback. Shares associated reports on official agency SharePoint site. Using existing forms and SQL queries, produce reports for internal and customer use in day-to-day operations. Document and track customer AdHoc requirements.
