* for Company, Operator and OSHA compliance. * Monitor fleet vehicles for DOT compliance * Conduct CMV Audits * Submit Weekly and Monthly Audit Results * JSA and BBS training for operations personnel * Conduct Daily and Monthly Safety meetings and JSA reviews * Review BBS Cards * Collect Monthly and Quarterly Radom's (Federal and Non-Federal U/A samples) * Meet with Operators HSE departments to review location safety audits * Conduct Accident, Incident, Environmental and Third Party investigations * Lead Root Cause Analyst (RCA) investigations on accidents * Review and report on Near Miss Incidents * Escort Injured Employees (IE's) on Clinic Visits * Submit Medical Evaluation Form (MIF) to Company Meet EPA compliance for refueling station and wash rack * Set up Hot Work permits for welding and cutting duties Read blue prints flow and elevation charts * Locate needed instruments and assign placement with fitters and helpers
