Over twenty years of experience as a extrusion blow molder, technician, supervisor, and technical team leader on a wide range of projects involved with automated production line systems, startup of new production lines and systems, on-site troubleshooting of technical problems, component-level repairs and modifications of existing systems, ability to document and correlate data in meaningful ways. Can program PLCs & HMIs and use scope meters, power and harmonic analyzers, insulation testers and data loggers. Can do CAD in 3d. AREAS OF EXPERTISE * Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct equipment and process issues. * Design, plan and implement process changes with minimal guidance from superiors. * Able to replace "off the shelf" solutions with more cost effective and robust solutions. Example: replacing pre-programmed product inspection modules with more flexible and powerful PLCs I program that cost less. * Reduce process cycle times to make products more profitable/competitive. * Ability to lead and be led.
