SUMMARY: Self-motivated field service professional with 20+ years of experience performing work at client locations. Strong customer service and problem solving skills. Experience performing hardware and data cabling service inclusive of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair per Service Level Agreement. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with enterprise hardware in production and staging 24/7 environments (Linux and UNIX servers, network equipment and storage equipment) * Schedule and perform on-site work for clients in accordance with contract and company standards * Logistical site planning, site surveys, scheduling of equipment and materials, coordinating company/customer schedules, and reconciling site problem issues * Manage client service requests via an online ticket management system * "On-call" 24/7 rotation to provide after-hours service to clients * Remote employee supporting local, national and international clients * Respond to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: * Proficiency in Windows and UNIX platforms * Expertise in computer/technology/cabling maintenance, troubleshooting and repair * Use of electronic test equipment to facilitate installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of technology (including 10+ years low voltage cabling & telephony) * Detail oriented with attention to thorough job completion and documentation * Adaptable, decisive and effective learner * Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills * Successful in mastering new skills through hands on experience
