Value at $25 Million mechanically completed and turned over to the client two weeks before scheduled due date and also meeting the company benchmark for the project. BUDGETING/COST MANAGEMENT * Staying alert to significant scope changes on the Nedak Ethanol Project where the contract value increased from $23 Million to $29 Million and guarantee project budget meet cost and schedule. * Promoted on-site fabrication of omitted structural steel and using the local galvanized coating shop produced a cost saving for the client of $1.5 Million. * Utilized innovative forecasting and planning techniques to convince suppliers to shift to weekly shipments and store to maintain optimal inventory on hand.
