QUALIFICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS Maintenance A I had started out as a maintenance trainee learning the skills needed to perform my duties such as a oiler, pipe fitter, Also attending classes at night on such classes as Hydrualics, Electrical, Electronics, Blueprint zero tolerances, Pneumatics, Air conditioning and refridgeration, heating and ventilation, welding, plc s. I have also had training on Watson Stillman injection molding machines, Van Dorns, Cicinnati Milacron, Engle, Husky, Trueblood Injection molding machines. I have also taken some computer courses to keep up dated. I have worked on Conair plastic vacum and loading equipment such as Selectronics 5 and below, Mcquire Blenders both Concentrate and liquid color.Also have worked on several types of conveyers.I have worked on Pre Maintenance of injection molding machines and auxillary equipment. I have worked on severl types of thermolators. I have worked on the hydrualics.pneumatics, electronics, and electrical on injection presses and auxillary equipment. Worked with PLC's and Motor Controls, Wiring both on Machines and Building wiring. Worked with electronics on injection machines and auxillary equipment.Worked with IQMS in shop.Calibration on machines pressures, speeds, and positioning transducers.worked on air compressors and chillers and cooling towers. Worked with all types of valves and timer boards. Also worked on crating and banding equipment for shipment. Also did rigging of machines.
