The tool served as the baseline for the deposit refund tool rewrite. * Delivered a customer-specific consumer credit card product and pricing for the financial centers, call centers and digital space. * Managed the transformation of a pricing, marketing and product platform from 4GL to a 3-tier architecture with DB2 Mainframe. Initiating the offshore Requirements Analysis * Completed business requirements analysis including the evaluation of systems specifications for all my projects. I facilitated the creation of the Business Requirement document and provided the Functional requirements to fulfill the user requirements. Team Leader/Manager * Lead multiple projects when the company extended the credit card system to support UK and Ireland. Provided direction to developers and infrastructure engineers to customize the system. Quality Assurance * Managed testing timeline and created a script schedule for the UK and Ireland testers that resulted in completing testing 3 weeks ahead of schedule while they built their relational database. * Reduced the 3 weeks turnaround time for data request to a single week, allowing incremental data conditioning during testing. * Streamlined engagement and data preparation process to increase efficiency. Worked with a team to develop different tools to mine bulk data from the customer's platform. * Very involved in putting together testing schedules to ensure projects with aggressive timelines are well tested. I also managed and implemented the security access of the new tool to over 20,000 associates without any issue.
