Fulfillment Warehouse- 300 people Primary charter to travel to various operations worldwide and "fix" the processes. (6 month assignments) * 5 Direct Reports- Operations/ Repair team- Both in and out of warranty test and repair. Commodities included PCBA's Hard Drives Set Top Boxes Scanners and Medical Instruments. Overall volume 10k/ mo. Dotted line responsibilities to Process Engineering Planning Procurement and QA in the form of Customer Focus Teams
