Description
My experience in the area of RF microfabrication with the focus on RF circuit design using surface and bulk acoustic wave technology to design switchable and tunable RF components such as resonators, filters and duplexers that are used in front end handset applications. Also, modeling and simulating these devices acoustically and electrically using commercial and custom tools. Technical Profile: * Analog and mixed circuit design using LTSpice and Cadence * Experience with RF design, fabrication and characterization of BAW devices based on ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials using clean room tools. * Performing and understanding of microelectronic fabrication, and RF measurement, and temperature characterization of BAW devices * Experience in designing, modeling and characterizing in RF passive and active components using lumped and distributive elements. * Performing acoustic and electromagnetic (EM) simulations. * Layout devices and generate photomask sets * Solid understanding of RF circuit design with the ability to translate between the model, simulation, physical implementation, and the measured performance of a device. * Performing low frequency characterization and measuring IV and CV characteristics. RF Simulation software and test equipment: * RF circuit simulator ADS & AWR. * Circuit analysis using LTSpice. * Antenna and RF devices design and simulation using HFSS Momentum * Auto CAD for layout and photomask sets. * Comsol Multiphysics for acoustic simulation. * Performing measurements and testing using VNA, Spectrum analyzer, LCR meter, VSWR meter, and RF GSG probe station calibration.
