Description
SUMMARY Operations Consultant with a background in Retirement Plan Administration, Daily Value Recordkeeping and Client Services utilizing the OminPlan and OmniPlus software systems. Experienced and dedicated to the Retirement Services who is knowledgeable with all Defined Contribution plans from small plans to jumbo and has experience handling his own book of clients as well as working within a call center environment. Respond to requests for issue resolution that may require calculating and posting corrections to the SunGard Recordkeeping System (OMNI). Determines appropriate corrective action to resolve issues and minimize impact to clients and E&O. Issues may vary from basic and administrative to complex and technical in nature. Duties include: submitting manual trades, reconciling plan and trust activities. Documents notes and outcomes in Database and PowerImage system. Meets internal SLAs for response times.
