Coordinating each business function such as IT, Sales, Operations, Legal and others, successfully delivered new go to market service strategy for $550m recurring revenue business improving service sales by 10%. * Integrated information and software systems to support the delivery of the new service offerings creating quoting efficiency and reduction in quote time by 15%. * Led voice of the customer interviews resulting in the development of a new bundled solution service strategy and website.
