Promote and develop new and existing scientific methods based on laboratory analysis and investigation. QUALIFICATION * Perform laboratory duties, including sample preparation and execution of experiments. * Design, develop and conduct research based experiments. * Characterize and analyze the samples using full scope of analytical techniques. Utilize pH meters, ICP, UV, FTIR, conductivity, and titrations for experimental analysis. * Construct, test, and implement new methods to improve efficiency and quality of data. * Create reports based on laboratory work and testing data. * Excellent knowledge about the laboratory environment/ instruments and lab safety procedures. * Manage and lead multi projects according to accepted standard. * Lead as the lab manager and maintain all the lab instruments, lab ordering and requirements including lab inventory etc * Experience in wet chemistry techniques. * Detail-oriented and organized, time managements and prioritization.
