SUMMARY Transportation Coordinator responsible for a fleet of 48 vehicles for a mid-sized community based non ACCOMPLISHMENTS Interacted with 25+ Program Directors and Senior Managers in 3 counties to ensure reliable transportation and training for the various programs in the company. Implemented a defensive driver course that is accredited by the National Safety Counsel and facilitate a monthly training for new hires as well as a monthly classes to get drivers recertified. Increased the fleet size from 22 to its current size of 48 total vehicles ranging from a Bobcat loader to 15 passenger lift equipped wheel chair busses.
