QUALIFICATIONS * Experience managing staff up to 15 employees * Experience managing projects with budgets over $ 5 million. * Experience in tracking projects budgets, and meeting on time delivery * Experience leading cross functional teams in fast-cycle new product development * Experience in customers interface and 3rd party Quality Inspections * Expertise in GD&T and ASME 14.9 (Dimensioning and Tolerancing). * Strong Knowledge in P&ID and Hydraulic Circuit Design. * Experience in Industry Standards: API 6A, 17D, ASME VIII-Div2, ASTM, ANSI, * CAD: AutoCad, Solidworks, PRO E, AutoDesk Inventor. * Experience in understanding of flow assurance and how to develop hydrate mitigation strategies and remediation techniques and knowledge of selecting hydrate inhibitors * Experience with Oil and Gas Equipment such as Mud Pumps, Water Jetting Equipment, Drilling Templates, Guide Bases, Retrieval Re- installable Guide Base, Conductor and Subsea Wellhead Housings (H4, Cameron Hub Top), Wellhead Housing Running and Test Tool Casing Hangers, Seal Assemblies, metal PBM, CHSART (Casing Hanger Seal Assembly Running Tool), and BOP
