Major Accomplishments: Throughout my years of service in residential Properties, I have developed a variety of skills invaluable to the daily functioning of a residential community. I have worked with a variety of managers, contractors, service technicians, and leasing consultants. I have become a team leader that other employees have come to value. In return, putting myself in a position to move to the next level. At the same time I have built good customer relations and organizational skills, working on properties exceeding two hundred apartments. I believe I can perform the duties as a service technician, thus providing exceptional customer service.
