As an Insurance Specialist, I believe my current quality of experience in customer service would be a strong fit and an asset to your company. When I started in the insurance industry five years ago as an executive assistant, I was a novice in the Insurance field. I found the passion for the insurance field as I incorporated my previous background in management, customer service, and applied them to my current skills. After two and a half years working as an executive assistant, I asked if I could take a class to achieve getting an Illinois Producers License. In 2015 I did just that, and after achieving my producers license, I was promoted into our sales department where I assisted with the daily functions of the operation such as but not limited to: • Calling prospects for future business • Corresponding with potential clients • Issuing quotes for new business • Responsible for the New Attorney program • Answering questions from potential and established insureds • Issuing policies • Issuing quotes and renewals for established Insureds • Setting up claims and created and issued claim letters to the insured I encourage change and I welcome new ideas and opportunities that come my way. Once I completed my continued education class, I discovered a new path that I wish to pursue in the claims field. I have a passion for being able to assist and coach customers. I am excellent at problem solving and a great communicator, even if it is facilitating bad news.
