I currently work on the Member Services Non-Performance team to enhance our First call resolution as a Customer Service Representative 3. I am working on the Inventory Reduction Team for Large Group that has resulted in the lowest level of cases under sixty days in our department that there has ever been. I have worked on the Correspondence team and currently am working the fax report for the entire Large Group Department. Accomplishments: 2009 - 2010 Received the bronze and silver stars for quality. 2010 - Closed the most cases for one period in Large Group with over 800 cases. 2014 - Just got promoted to CRS 3 from a CRS 2 May 5, 2014 I can do both simple and complex adjustments, load referrals and precertification's, am currently working Blue Card calls and claims for different Blue Cross plans throughout the country, and cases for my team to ensure that my team's cases remain under 30 days. I have previous call center experience from McMillion Research as a telephone interviewer.
