Professional Summary: Currently I am a Contract Coder for P2P Staffing Corporation. I have worked in the administrative end of medical field for over fourteen years and have focused as a Medical Coding Specialist for the past twelve years. I received my coding certification in 2004. My background includes coding, consulting and auditing in multiple specialties for the professional fee revenue component of the medical practice. I have worked extensively with several national clients as a Contract Medical Coder. This has enabled me to acquire a broad knowledge base of medical office software such as Epic, Siemeans, Medtech, E-browser, Knowledge Source, Soft Med and SSI billing systems. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs. I am a strong team player and also have the focus and discipline to work independently with minimal supervision. My multiple specialty background has prepared me to comfortably walk into an assignment with the skillset to be a strong asset to the client.
