Advanced to Director of International IT with a staff of 18 direct and indirect reports. Established Dremle Software Solutions a consulting firm with focuses on Data Warehousing and EDI. Created a large data warehouse for a major retailer using Oracle on Unix. Later migrated this to Teradata using Unicode to accommodate Asian markets.
