SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed through Ohio State Board of Registration for Engineers and Surveyors * Current Continuing Education on the latest techniques and industry best practices Professionally trained and licensed land surveyor * 15+ years of surveying experience and expertise in skill and use of all relevant survey equipment * Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions as it relates to the preparation and analyzing of technical survey data. * Performance of a wide range of surveys, including, but not limited to boundary and railroad retracement, topographic, roadway and utility layout and ALTA * Proficient in directing and conducting overall surveys and operations to determine the location of boundaries based upon legal descriptions of the following types: metes and bounds, recorded subdivisions and aliquot parts of the original government system * Project development and coordination * Extensive knowledge in the rules, procedures, and legal principles used in boundary determination, State Plane Coordinate System, and the Public Land Survey System * Considerable proficiency in records and deed research, calculations, and computer drafting of boundary plats, roadway and subdivisions. * Impeccable record-keeping skills and employee, contractors, and property owner's relations * Exceptional supervisory and management experience * Knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques, employee training and development & INDUSTRY TOOLS Microsoft Word Windows Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Express Computer Drafting AutoCAD Geographic Information System (GIS) Global Positioning System (GPS) Electronic Distance Meter (EDM)
